You can use our griddle pan on all types of hob including induction, ceramic, gas and electric.
Deep 4.5 cm sides help reduce any splatter. The pan has three sections; large ridges to add to that distinguishing chargrilled taste perfect for steaks or asparagus. These griddle lines also help to reduce excess fats or oils released during cooking. A flat surface with a round indent perfect for frying eggs. Finally, an even flat section great for sautéing mushrooms.
