I've been using Jean Patrique knives for almost thirty years now.In fact I'm still using the first set I bought today.since then ,my son ,who works in the catering industry,also uses Jean Patrique knives too.i have also got a whatever pan,a sandwich toaster,ramekin moulds ,a mezza Luna,and more recently,a cake pan set. I've made genovese bases,Victoria sponges and cheese cakes in votive not used the ring mould yet,but I am very pleased with the results from it.it seems to dissipate the heat very evenly in use.i am extremely pleased with the way all of purchases have performed.That is why I keep coming back.What did I do before I retired?I was a pastry chef.
