Ingredients: - 8 fresh cobs of corn
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Butter for serving
Method: - Leave the husks on the corn but trim the silk.
- Place the cobs in a large deep container filled with water. Soak for about one hour.
- Remove the cobs from the water and shake of any excess water.
- Place the cobs on a low heat barbecue and cook for about 25-30 minutes turning several times during the cooking.
- When cooked, season with salt and pepper and arrange in a serving dish.
- Serve accompanied with butter.
