BBQ Corn Cobs

Ingredients:

  • 8 fresh cobs of corn
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Butter for serving


Method:

  1. Leave the husks on the corn but trim the silk.
  2. Place the cobs in a large deep container filled with water. Soak for about one hour.
  3. Remove the cobs from the water and shake of any excess water.
  4. Place the cobs on a low heat barbecue and cook for about 25-30 minutes turning several times during the cooking.
  5. When cooked, season with salt and pepper and arrange in a serving dish.
  6. Serve accompanied with butter.

Serves 8
