Ingredients: - 300g fresh cranberries
- 200g sugar
- Grated rind and juice of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons port
Method: - Put the cranberries in a small saucepan. Add the orange rind and juice and 350ml cold water.
- Bring to the boil and simmer very gently for about 10minutes or until the cranberries have burst.
- Add the sugar and port and cook gently until the sugar has dissolved.
- Serve hot or cold with the turkey.
