| Sunrise Breakfast Parfait. |

Ingredients: - 100g fresh blueberries
- 2 clementines, peeled and segmented
- 1 tablespoon runny honey
- 50g oat crunch style breakfast cereal
- 2 teaspoons soft brown sugar
- 100ml Greek style yogurt
Method:
Have ready two tall serving glasses. - Mix together the blueberries and clementine segments with the honey.
- Mix together the cereal and the brown sugar.
- In the serving glasses, place a layer of fruit mixture, then a layer of yogurt, then a layer of the sweetened muesli. Repeat this layering again, finishing with a topping of cereal.
Serves 2
Cooks Note If liked, the parfaits can be flashed under a hot grill just before serving to make the topping even crunchier. |
