Ingredients:
1 cup cooked pasta
10 grape tomatoes, halved & or diced
50g low-fat Swiss cheese slices, cut into strips
100g baby rocket leaves
150g lite ham, cut into strips
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add pepper to taste.
Spoon into an airtight container. Chill until required.
